When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus an additional 3-5 days for shipping. 

Do you accept returns?

At this time we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect merchandise. Please email us at dachisnacks@gmail.com and include your order number, shipping address, and a detailed description of your issue (including any photo documentation). A team member will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. 

Vending Machine FAQ

Help! My Product got stuck and didn't vend!

Take a deep breath and let the stress melt away. dachi machines are equipped with special sensors that detect if your product made it onto the elevator. Gone are the days of shaking that darned machine that ate your dollar! If your item didn’t vend, your won’t be charged. Simple as that :)

I tapped or inserted my card, but to no avail!

Our card reader requires holding/tapping your card or watch (hello ApplePay customers!) for at least 5 seconds, or until all the bars light up green. As they say, all good things come to those who wait. dachi does not currently accept student cards or cash.

I would love it if only dachi offered...

When is dachi coming to my campus?

Trust us. We want to meet you too! Let us know where we should pop up next, and we’ll pin it up on our vision board, right next to “Learn Santa’s Secret for Maximum Snack Ingestion” and “Tomo For President."
